- These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions on which products are supplied to you as a buyer on www.bawadivape.com.
- Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via the Site. By placing an order on the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect.
Cancellation And Warranty:
- Cancelling Order. You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.
- Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order if:
- you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
- you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
- you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us.
Bawadi Vapes warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after the purchase of the product.
The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repair the defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to the purchase price of the product itself (such decision at the product seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty or return.

- Tank Glass
In cases where Bawadi Vape is considered the seller, a one (1) week warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device supplier. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the supplier’s warranty, It is your responsibility to contact the supplier directly.

The cost of shipping the device to and from our warranty center is not covered and will be the sole expense of the customer both ways in the cases that the device did not meet the return conditions above or the fault was found to be from miss use from the customer.
